Tucho’s new document contradicts John Paul II. Today, the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, headed by the soft-porn author and Cardinal Víctor “Tucho” Fernández, has published Venite ad Me (“Come to Me”), a document on transmitting the Catholic faith. He disclaims “terminological precision and systematic treatment,” instead adopting a more discursive approach. Tucho creates a contrast between faith and its doctrinal formulations. Paragraph 29 of the document states: “The faith is not transmitted primarily as a body of doctrinal content or religious information, but as a form of ecclesial life into which the believer is gradually introduced.” Tucho’s document uses a “not primarily X, but Y” construction, whereas John Paul II explicitly warns against opposing doctrinal instruction and Christian life. In his 1979 apostolic exhortation 'Catechesi Tradendae', the pope wrote that "no opposition is to be set up between a catechesis taking life as its point of departure and a …Дэлгэрэнгүй

‘Miraculous Stories of the Blessed Virgin Mary and of Her Intercession’ From St Alphonsus De Liguori, ‘The Glories of Mary’; Examples 40-41, pages 19-20 [Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori – XVII – XVIII Century AD: born: Marianella, Kingdom of Naples/died: Pagani, Kingdom of Naples; (aged 90); spiritual writer, composer, musician, artist, poet, lawyer, scholastic philosopher, and theologian, Founder, Bishop, Doctor of the Church] 40. A servant of Mary went one day to visit a church of our blessed Lady, without the knowledge of her husband, and she was prevented by a severe storm from returning that night to her own house. She felt a great fear lest her husband should be very angry with her ; but she recommended herself to Mary, and when she returned home, her husband was very kind and gracious to her. Upon questioning him, she found that the evening before, the heavenly mother had taken her form, and attended to all the little affairs of the household like a servant. She then related the …Дэлгэрэнгүй
"41. A certain cavalier, of the city of Doul, in France, named Ansaldo, received in the battle a wound from an arrow, which entered so deep into the jaw-bone, that it was not possible to extract the iron. After four years of suffering, the afflicted man could endure the pain no longer, and being besides very ill, he thought he would again try to have the iron extracted. He [702] recommended himself to the blessed Virgin, and made a vow to visit every year a sacred image of her which was in that place, and make an offering of a certain sum of money upon her altar if she granted this request. He had no sooner made the vow than the iron, without being touched, fell into his mouth. The next day, ill as he was, he went to visit the image, and scarcely had he placed the promised gift upon the altar, when he felt himself entirely restored to health."
AI slop? Tucho’s Easter candle is placed “on the altar”. In §140 of his new document 'Venite ad Me', Cardinal Víctor "Tucho" Fernández, soft-porn author and Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, describes the paschal candle being placed “on the altar” during the Easter Vigil. This is not an English translation error. The Italian text says “collocazione sull’altare” - “placement on the altar.” The passage uses the Easter Vigil as an image of hope of how the faith is transmitted: “It is the image of the lighting of the paschal candle and its placement on the altar, following the procession through the nave of the church, during the solemn Easter Vigil in the Latin Rite.” As is well known, during the Easter Vigil, the paschal candle is placed on a stand beside the ambo or in the middle of the sanctuary - not on the altar itself. The discrepancy comes down to a preposition: “on” rather than “beside.” It may simply reflect very imprecise wording in a passage that is not …Дэлгэрэнгүй

It seems very interesting. I only listened to some of it. But too long for me. I might finish it up another time. I try to get those who use it to stop. And it's hard to get away from it. It's everywhere. I will never ask any of it any question. Never get into a conversation with evil it's said.
French prefect bans FSSPX street processions in Lourdes over "security concerns". The prefecture of Hautes-Pyrénées has banned two processions by the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X on October 24–25, citing a terrorist threat and security concerns. The annual Christ the King pilgrimage, expected to draw several thousand faithful, included a torchlight procession and a Blessed Sacrament procession with Benediction and a blessing of the sick. Bishop Jean-Marc Micas has barred FSSPX celebrations inside the sanctuary. Organizers have arranged Masses at Maison Saint-Ignace instead.
Sad that the French government has created an environment where French people live in fear of violence. Sad the Synodal Bishop cannot welcome all people to his church.
A Spanish bishop appointed by Pope Leo XIV told a gathering of so-called “LGBT Christians” in Chipiona, Spain, “You have much to offer the Church,” adding, “at the same time, you can be enriched within it.”
Leo XIV-appointed Spanish Bishop José Antonio Satué sent a supportive message to the 15th gathering of homosexual Christians in Chipiona, Spain, on October 9–11: “You have much to contribute to the Church.” Leo XIV appointed Satué Bishop of Málaga in June 2025 despite his public record as homosexualist. Satué described homosex "blessings" as “a step forward”. The homosex gathering, organized by PADIS Canarias (Pastoral para la Diversidad Sexual en Canarias), attracted just over 100 participants. Monsignor Satué wrote them that everyone deserves to be heard, welcomed, and treated with dignity. He claimed that homosexuals suffered within the Church and urged that it not be trivialized. At the meeting, participants agreed to establish a nationwide network of homosexual Christian groups, extending into Portugal. They also intend to prepare a document outlining their proposals for bishops, possibly by the end of 2026. They called for pastoral ministry developed “with” homosexuals rather than …Дэлгэрэнгүй
The Church knew in the 1950s that Abbé Pierre was a “seriously sick man”. For decades, Abbé Pierre was revered as France's champion of the poor. But behind his public image as a celebrated humanitarian, Church leaders knew of serious psychiatric problems and allegations of sexual abuse. Historians Axelle Brodiez-Dolino and Bruno Dumons examined Church archives for a new book. In an interview with La Croix (October 17), Brodiez-Dolino discussed their findings. She states that Abbé Pierre was bipolar, while stressing that this does not explain his sexual misconduct. His childhood was marked by unwanted sexual touching by older boys, attraction to boys during adolescence, and a family scandal involving his aunt’s conviction for murdering her husband. In 1955, reports of sexual touching of women during a US visit reached Rome. The Vatican investigated Abbé Pierre over sexual misconduct and also financial irregularities, but imposed only mild sanctions in 1957. Brodiez-Dolino concludes from …Дэлгэрэнгүй
Israeli colonial settlers attacked a Palestinian family while they were harvesting olives in the village of Qawawis, in Masafer Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank. Israeli occupation forces arrived and detained a Palestinian man, further escalating attacks against Palestinians during the olive harvest season. facebook
Jewish settlers’ attacks on Palestinians are not isolated incidents, and despite condemnations by Israeli officials, the violence continues, fueled by persistent impunity for perpetrators. The Patriarchs and Heads of Churches in Jerusalem issued a joint statement following the October 17 settler attack on the Christian village of Taybeh. They insist the attack was not an isolated incident, but part of a wider pattern of settler violence against Palestinian villages across the West Bank, escalating during the olive harvest. The Church leaders acknowledge that Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the violence and that Israeli police made arrests. However, they warn that settler attacks continue because perpetrators enjoy impunity, raising serious concerns about the effectiveness of Israeli law enforcement. Finally, they condemn a recently published religious ruling permitting Jews to take Palestinians' olives, calling it "very worrying and dangerous, and absolutely unacceptable." The …Дэлгэрэнгүй
