The cave was discovered in the 18th Century and within a few years many Bishops recognized the Papacy and became the Melkites. She also appeared at this site in the early 20th Century, holding the baby Jesus. Witnesses recount how she made eye contact with everyone who was there. Moslem women come here all the time to ask her for children.
